At idle it will the engine RPMs are “surging”. When looking at the RPM gauge you can see the needle drop ever so slightly as the engine keeps surging. So I hit the blue Onstar button and asked them to run a diagnostic and now it’s coming back with the same P0017 and the P0016 codes.
