Voidtalon of the Dark Star is a 100% drop from Voidtalon Egg, an item located inside an instanced version of Shadowmoon Burial Grounds. Clicking an Edge of Reality will prompt the player with a Scenario queue.
Can you get Voidtalon in a group?
You can still get the voidtalon while in a group, but you won’t be able to enter the instance. So, unless you care that much, just join the groups.
How do you find the edge of reality?
This mount is obtained by clicking on a portal called the Edge of Reality, entering a scenario and simply looting an egg near an already dead The Last Voidtalon which is found on the floor inside.
Are Garrison invasions daily?
EDIT: It turns out that this is not strictly a weekly, but (according to Nethaera) you have to kill enemies that drop apexis crystals (aka daily/group quest enemies) to trigger an invasion, so get out there and kill in force.
Can class trials still loot Voidtalon?
Class Trial Characters Can Not Loot High Value Items Class Trial characters are unable to loot rare mounts, pets, and other items.
Does Voidtalon fly?
Since its been confirmed that the Voidtalon is in fact a flying mount, it’s looking possible that we’ll see flying added to Draenor in a few patches time.
How do you leave the edge of reality?
Only one person can click it, then it despawns. It is only around for a short time, so it can despawn on its own before anyone clicks it. It spawns in level 100 areas where apexis crystals drop off mobs.
How often can I do a garrison invasion?
It is considered weekly because you can only do one invasion quest per week.
Can you farm mounts on trial characters?
Class Trial characters are unable to loot rare mounts, pets, and other items.
Where can you find the voidtalon of the Dark Star?
There are several mounts you can get from rares throughout Draenor, but the Voidtalon of the Dark Star is by far the rarest, hands down. This mount is also totally unique in that it is found unlike any we’ve come across in the past.
