Tried it twice in the 1 DPF. Wanted a refund. Made NO difference. Lexus 220d are a lovely motor with a crappy engine that is prone to head gasket failure. Check the header tank is not blowing off as this is a sure sign of looming problems. Think it throws a vsc error .
