How to change service interval on fusion 600?
Press the “up” side of the green switch on handlebars until you get max speed or max RPM or Service Interval. If it’s on Max Speed then press the down part of the green switch to change it to max RPM then again to get service interval. Once on service interval, press and hold up until it starts blinking, then scroll through to OFF.
Why is the reverse switch on my Polaris sled not working?
But if it doesn’t drop down enough, the switch won’t engage. Often, it’s the TPS on Polaris sleds that are the culprit. Check the RPM to see if that is the issue. If your holding the brake it wont work either……… that also means a bad brake switch can have the same effect. Just something to check.

Coming off idle it loads up and bogs, and sometimes backfires. Carbs are clean and jetted correctly with freely moving chokes. Floats, needle and seat seem to be fine. Powervalves are clean and functioning. I unhooked the black wire with white stripe that runs ignition switches, and this made no difference.
