Hemorrhages, including major hemorrhages defined as symptomatic bleeding in a critical area or organ, can occur with Mekinist. Fatal cases have been reported. Across clinical trials of Mekinist administered with dabrafenib, hemorrhagic events occurred in 17% of patients.
