What’s the glow plug light on my Mercedes ML 270?
The glow plug light on the dash of my 2003 ML 270 has started staying on after the engine has started. It seems to stay on for about a minute after driving off and then goes off and doesn’t come back on until I stop the engine and start again. It has done this a few times in the last couple of days but not all the time.

mode…. Just to clarify the glow plug light works as normal when starting, comes on with the key, goes out after a few seconds, start engine, after a couple of seconds it comes back on and stays on for exactly 60 sec’s, then goes out and stays off.
