I have been working up my loads for a 6.5 creedmoor rifle for hunting. I have found it shoots a little better when I bushing size the neck to leave . 0025″ neck tension, then run expander mandrel to leave about . 0013″ neck tension.
Will a Redding body die bump the shoulder?
If you are using a Redding Body Die then you can’t. As boomtube described the body die can be adjusted to bump the shoulder back ever so slightly, but the body die also comes in contact with the case body and it will size the case body also.
Can I neck size with full length dies?
