Likely nothing really but depends where the oil fill is, if it’s in the valve cover you will get little if any oil come out, some have a baffle to prevent any oil coming out, some don’t but either way oil comes through the pushrod to rocket arm and is basically deflected downward at that point, possible you get a slight mist.

It should be sucking air from the engine to the intake, but now allowing it to go the other way. Pull it and blow through it each way, and shake it to make sure the ball is loose.
