How do you reset the service light on a 2015 Mitsubishi Pajero?
According to my Haymes manual, to reset the spanner:
- Turn ign switch OFF.
- Press and hold the reset button for longer than 1.2 seconds.
- While the display is flashing, press the reset buttion for less than 1.2 seconds.
- After ‘CLEAR’ is displayed, the wanring period to the next service is displayed.

Why does my Pajero 3.5 engine not start?
Pajero 3.5 (6g74) wont start. Switched off at home and an hour later it will not start. Sound like for a second or two the engine wants to fire up but does not take. Done diagnostics with Launch X431, error FRP Sensor showed up. Replaced FRP as well as Hi-Pressure pump. Bridged tank pump relay & pressure tested delivery fuel line OKAY.

When to change timing belt on Mitsubishi Pajero?
As the vehicle in question approaches 100,000km, you’ll be up for a new timing belt, as that’s the recommended change interval (some say 90,000km). While you’re in there, the advice is to change the water pump and the various tensioners and pulleys at the same time.
