Run from here and jump to grab one of the legs of the fly and let him carry you up to the ledge above the ladder. If you missed his leg, just go back left until he settles down and repeat your sneaky jump.

Any sudden movements will scare the mosquito away, so move very slowly towards it and as it spots you, jump at it to grab its legs. It will fly off and deposit you on a higher platform. Climb the ladder (left) and at the top slowly approach the mosquito and jump onto its leg as it flies off (right).
