How do I update my Nissan X-Trail sat nav?
HOW TO UPDATE A MAP
- Start the Map Update Tool application on your computer.
- Insert your USB stick into your computer.
- Select MAP UPDATES.
- Select UPDATE MAP next to each map that you want to update.
- When downloading is complete, remove the USB stick from your computer.
Is the X Trail built in sat nav?

What kind of CD does X Trail Aventura use?
I have a 2007 X Trail Aventura 2. 2dci (old Model) when touring I find the that it keeps telling about roundabouts and other roads that changed a least a few year ago. Asked at last service if new CD was available (mines dated 2005 version) was informed that bi had latest and to check again at next service.

I have a Jan 2006 x-trail which I recently upgraded to the very latest (07/08) sat nav version with a genuine, brand new disc from good old fleabay. There seems to be a couple of different versions of the sat nav unit itself though. One that requires just the DVD and the other which requires both the DVD and a programme CD.
