Members from around the state took time from their busy schedules to gather a the Red Lion Hotel in Port Angeles for the 2021 WABO Annual Business Meeting. This in-person meeting included the annual elections of board members and the Awards Banquet on Thursday night.
When did the Wabo welding scholarship program start?
WABO began granting scholarships in 2006 with approximately 20 scholarships of $500 awarded each year. The scholarships are available to qualified individuals who are enrolled in a welding program at a WABO registered community or technical college.
