When hazard lights are on, it affects the way the turn signal and brake lights work. Therefore, it makes it difficult for drivers around you to tell if you are stopping or turning. If you cannot see while driving, pull over and wait for the rain to slow down.
Why does my blinker come on when I brake?
When pressing the brake pedal the passenger side turn signal lights come on. Since the STOCK tail light is red for brakes and amber for signal there are two seperate bulbs, not likely a bulb problem. The brake light circuit is shorted/bleeding into the signal light circuit!
