The VSC light can on when I started my 2007 Lexus ES350 in 20° weather. When I asked my husband he told me to shut the car off & restart it. When I did this, the car started up just fine and all caution lights were off. I believe it was mainly caused because it hadn’t been started all weekend the started in freezing weather.
