Why is my Triumph Rocket 3 not working?
Another chief complaint regarding electrical failure on TriumphRocket IIIs had to do with the instrument panel shitting off in the middle of a ride. Rider’s would have to kill the bike and turn it back on to get the instruments to power back up.
What kind of noise does a Triumph Rocket make?
Also when you turn on the ignition but not starting the bike, it make a fair amount of little noises. Continuously. Whirs and buzzes, the occasional click. I’d expect the fuel injector to whizz and maybe some other shortlived electrical/mechanical noises, but it really does not shut up until you either start the engine or shut it off. Normal?
Why is the fuel gauge on my triumph not working?

The problem rapidly progressed to the bike not starting when the key was turned on. After doing research on a possible cause for the problem, I came across the “ignition switch failure” issue, and contacted my local dealer to see if Triumph would warranty the repair since it was so prevalent among the Rocket III’s.
Is there a recall on the Triumph Rocket?
If Triumph continues refusal to issue a recall, the only remaining option would be to encourage affected Rocket owners to begin filing complaints with the NHTSA and hope to force a recall before someone is seriously injured (or worse) due to the faulty ignition switch. Gladly.
