When starting from cold, its very hard to select any gear, until the engine warms up. Peugeot say the gearbox had the wrong oil, and was low on oil, which they say they have rectified. However the problem remains, and can only really replicate the problem first thing in the morning.

In my car 5th is above reverse, I automatically now select 5th gear and then reverse.
