Why does my Toyota Sienna door lock not work?

On my 2002 Sienna the door locks won’t work with the remote or the inside buttons. The dome lights are also out. I’ve checked all the fuses and all are good. I looked on a mechanic friend’s computer program and it pointed to BCM (integration relay). Anyone have experience with this problem and have an answer for me.
