Why does my Jeep Patriot not start up?
The relay (G8HE-1C7T-R1-DC12) (4) on that block had corroded the terminal and the block connection off eliminating the starting ability amongst other things. The repair was $1267.00. The affected area could have been repaired without the harness replacement.
Can a relay dance help a Jeep Patriot?
The relay dance didn’t help me ,you have nothing to lose by trying it with your fingers crossed .
Where is the starter button on a Jeep Patriot?
Click to expand… It is built in to the back of the main fuse board or power module (TIPM) depending on who is describing it. Just traced the starter command wire from the selenoid back through the car to that part of the fuse panel. I’m starting to wonder if it could be a neutral sensor where ever that is.
When did the Jeep Patriot first start up?
We bought the car brand new from the dealership 4/15/14, first incident was in the afternoon after the car had been driven 15 miles to the mall on 4/19/14. When the tow truck driver arrived it started right up for him. The second time was 6/20/14, car had been driven 10 miles.
