Where does wind noise come from at 50 mph?
I heard a noticeable wind noise above 80 MPH on my drive home, but nothing like what’s been described at speeds near 50 MPH. Just a update I have found the problem and it’s going to the dealer Wednesday .. it’s in the rubber seal that’s around the drivers window track next to the mirror ..

Is it bad to hear wind noise while driving?
At highway speed, excessive wind noise can be disturbing and annoying. One thing is to hear an external noise but it’s quite different when you get the sensation that a window isn’t rolled up all the way because of how much wind noise while driving you are hearing? It’s like there’s an air leak.
What causes wind noise in rear seat window?
I did notice wind noise coming from the rear-seat side window area on my SCrew at highway speeds. It was loud enough to where I thought the window was cracked open. I don’t know if it is a vortex caused by the side mirrors or what, but it is a bit noisy. Not world ending, but enough to notice.

Is there wind noise from the driver’s window?
Apparently, they drove another clarity and noticed the same noise. The passengers door is whisper quiet, the driver door at highway speeds sounds like a window is cracked open. Does anyone else experience this???? To remove this ad click here. Yes, not real loud but definitely noticeable.
What kind of car makes the most wind noise?
I drove the following cars for comparison, 2018 Honda Accord, 2015 Toyota Prius, 2015 Nissan Leaf and a 2018 Toyota Tacoma). I have discovered that the wind noise is the same if not greater in these other vehicles given the same speeds (>60 mph) and wind conditions.
