What’s the idle RPM on a Mercedes 500SL?
What is strange now is that if I start car cold, it does everything right, starts idle at about 1000 rpm then drops within a very short time to idle at about 550 rpm. All is well even while warming up but the moment I hit the gas and let off, the idle only drops to about 1100 rpms so it’s not just creeping up on its own like before.
