Is dark ritual banned in Oathbreaker?

Why is Bridge from below banned?
While cases can be made for each, we identified Bridge from Below as the card most likely to cause metagame imbalance again in the future. Wizards is banning Bridge because the deck that uses Bridge is outrageously broken and Bridge just happens to be the biggest mana-cheating offender in that broken deck.
Does dark ritual use the stack?
