How do you keep paint from peeling off plastic?
Before you spray paint plastic, wash the piece with soapy water to remove any dust or dirt that could prevent the paint from sticking to the plastic. When the item is completely dry, use a piece of fine-grit sandpaper to lightly sand the entire surface you’ll be painting.

Do not let the lower dash panel fall because the hood release lever and obd scanner plug are attached to it. Carefully pull the lower dash panel outwards, it is secured by metal clips.
