What’s the problem with my international AC system?

Why does my C15 Cat truck not start?
Check valve would be the likely cause for the “won’t start after a day or so” but shouldn’t account for the “starts, runs for a minute or so then quits” and does this twice back to back. All the valves do is hold pressure/ prime when it’s not running.

Why is there no horn on my truck?
Still no horn. When I press the center horn button on the steering wheel, and feel the relay at the same time , there is no click. So at this point, since i know the relay has power – I am suspecting the horn button or contacts or wiring. If i had a schematic I could possible jump the relay and see if the horn actually works.

The water temp, oil pressure warning lights flash, the tachometer and speedometer, the voltmeter, oil pressure gauge and water temperature gauge, each pin to the right side of each gauge.
