Sounds like the dealer was pressured into swapping the battery by the broker. So, I have a 2016 Forester and I am experiencing the same issue. Car was totally dead about 6 weeks ago and they replaced the battery at the dealer. 6 weeks later, the car is dead again and they have no answer except to recharge the battery.
