How does the Jane app work?
Jane uses the exact same level of encryption as your web banking. Information is encrypted when sent between your computer/device and Jane servers, and from device to device. And no access to patient data remains on your computer or mobile device after you close the Jane windows.
Is Jane app compatible with iPad?
On a tablet or phone, you can use the default browser, because they’re all compatible. If you’re on an iPad (2nd generation or newer) or iPhone, the built-in Safari browser works great. If you’re using a Microsoft Surface (in tablet mode), make sure you have run all the updates and Edge should do the trick.
How do I add Jane app to my website?

How do I remove my credit card from Jane app?
Go to the Patient tab, locate the patient and then proceed to the Billing tab.
- Go to “Payments” and select the payment line you want to delete.
- Once you hit the trash icon to delete the payment–as long as the received at date and the applied to date are today’s date–then it’s like the payment never happened.
