If engine is running, and Load Control neutralizer button is depressed, I can put it into gear with the shift selector, as normal. I can also neutralize the transmission normally with the speed shifter (AS LONG AS I KEEP DEPRESSING THE LOADER CONTROL NEUTRALIZER BUTTON!).
