Can you dip Frogspawn?
I use seachems reef dip with my frogspawns (and any other coral) fairly often. Take a gallon of tank water from a water change in a plastic tub add 2 caps of reefdip and give it a stir. Place corals in for 15 minutes then wash them off in another container of fresh saltwater and back in the tank they go.
How long do you dip ZOAS?
Place the zoanthid in the saltwater. Slowly add hydrogen peroxide by cap fulls or 5 ml increments until you see it start to fizz. Let it sit for approximately 5-10 minutes.

Hydrogen Peroxide 9% The main use we have for this dip is hair algae removal and it works brilliantly on soft corals and in particular zoas. The dose we use is 10ml of 9% peroxide per litre of water, leave the coral for 5-10 minutes, and the algae should start vigorously bubbling.

Freshwater dipping is super stressful on sps and I have lost frags in the past doing so. Best case was they browned out, looked nearly dead, no PE and flesh looked very thin for several weeks. There are several effective dips for removing flatworms even AEFW.
How do you get algae off ZOAS?
I’ve brushed some zoas with a tooth brush and as long as your didn’t go nuts on them, they should be fine. Also if you have some algae on the plugs, the easiest way might be to just peel off the zoas with a knife and remount them on a new plug.
What is Holy Grail coral?
One of the most rare and nicest torch corals out there. Often other torches are mis-labeled as the Holy Grail but this is the real deal. This coral features gold and neon green tentacles with purple tips. This torch is a relatively slow grower and we only have a couple of heads available.

What do blue and orange frogspawn corals look like?
There are frogspawn corals that end up being blue or orange, but we don’t see those as often. The blue tends to look a little less exotic in the tank, and orange is hard to acquire. Bright coloration like this creates a bright effect in the right lighting conditions (almost neon).
