MazRedMan is correct. There is one flasher unit under the dash. A small 8 pin connector goes to it. The one flasher unit is responsible for both sides of the car front and rear. The hazard light, turn signals, and (if applicable) security blinks go through the flasher unit. Keep in mind this is from the 97 manual.
