What is the WISE program MIT?
WISE (Weekend Immersion in Science and Engineering) is a three-day experience for rising seniors to learn what it is like to be an MIT student. The program is completely free, including the cost of transportation to and from MIT.

How hard is it to get into MIT wise?
Currently, MIT’s acceptance rate is 4.1%, which means it only accepts around 4 applicants for every 100 people that apply. A 4.1% acceptance rate means that MIT is extremely competitive to get into. You’ll need excellent grades, test scores, essays, and letters of recommendation to even be considered.

Does Brown have a fly-in program?
Brown was the first school in the country to offer a fly-in program specifically designed for rising seniors from rural and small town communities. During the program, students tour campus, attend faculty lectures, meet current Brown students, stay in our residence halls, and eat in our cafeterias.
