TL;DR: If you have an nVidia video card, shadow play has an alt-f12 shortcut that overrides KSPs. Hit Alt-Z to bring that menu up, then go into preferences and change that shortcut away from alt-12. This worked for me. More sharing options… should be alt F12. Not remapped it by accident (if at all possible) does ‘Hard mode’ disable it maybe?
