What does a big brother big sister do?
Big Brothers Big Sisters seeks to change the lives of children facing adversity for the better, forever. We operate in communities all across the United States – urban and rural, Big and Little. Our mentors work with children in the community, in their schools, on military bases, and many places in between.
What do I need to be a big brother?
Bigs must meet all of the following criteria:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be in a stable living situation.
- Commit to being matched in the program for at least one year (understanding the enrollment/matching process could take several months).
- Must be able to meet your Little 2-4 times per month, every month.
