Is ReadCube Papers good?
Nice features for reading paper, taking notes and annotating. Overall it is really good. I believe the development team is not very active to solve the bugs. Readcube has gotten much better but it’s predecessor (Papers 3) was better, in my opinion.

After opening the Enhanced PDF in the ReadCube Papers Web Reader, you will notice a ReadCube Papers Toolbar along the top of the screen. Choose the “Save PDF” option on the right-hand side to immediately download the article to your computer.

Go to the + icon button next to Shared Libraries and click the “+” icon. Give your collection a name and invite colleagues to view the contents and even contribute to your library. Add a colleagues email, press “ENTER” so a bubble appears around the email.

Can I use ReadCube offline?
ReadCube Papers Mobile retains a significant amount of its functionality when used offline – you can still access your library, annotate, and read articles. You will not be able to sync your library when offline, though.
