What causes Pacns?
Important conditions that can manifest as PACNS and that should be excluded before making any definitive diagnosis include infections, neoplasms, drug exposure, vasospastic disorders, systemic vasculitides, and vasculopathies (Box 3). In our clinical practice, RCVS represent the most common mimics of PACNS.

Primary angiitis of the central nervous system (PACNS) is a potentially severe inflammatory disease of unknown origin. The term PACNS unifies a group of clinicopathological presentations of vasculitis affecting the vessels of the brain and spinal cord without any overt systemic vasculitis or underlying potential cause.
Is walking good for vasculitis?
The vasculitis patient can easily become fatigued, but light regular exercise, walking, swimming etc will ensure your muscles stay strong and flexible. Any exercise should be within your capabilities.
