What is an ACC provider?
What is ACC and how can they help you? The Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) provides personal injury cover for everyone in New Zealand. This includes children, beneficiaries, students, if you’re working, unemployed or retired, as well as if you’re a visitor to New Zealand and you get injured while you’re here.

If you have employees, you’ll deduct ACC Earners’ Levies from their wages as part of their PAYE payments. This levy covers people for injuries that happen outside of work and not on the road, eg while playing sport or at home. The amount deducted is based on how much your employees earn.
