How long does it take to get CAQ?
It will take approximately four weeks to obtain a CAQ. The waiting period for a study permit is five to seven weeks, but may be shorter, depending on the time of year.
Can CAQ be rejected?
Please note: Only original signatures are accepted on CAQ applications. Any application submitted without an original signature will be refused. When should I renew my CAQ?
To extend your CAQ, we strongly recommend that you apply three to six months before it expires. To get your first CAQ in Canada or to get a new CAQ if you are moving to the next level of education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD), you must apply as soon as you receive your offer of admission.
