How do you practice Swara yoga?
Swara Yoga Sadhana on rising in the morning:
- When you get up in early morning check your nostrils for the flow of breath.
- Go to the toilet when the right nostril is flowing and urinate when the left nostril is flowing.
- Eat meals when the the right nostril is flowing and drink water when the left is flowing.
Can a beginner join yoga teacher training?
The first yoga teacher trainings were given in the 80’s by seasoned teachers to loyal students. Besides future teachers, any level student can now join a teacher training to deepen their practice. This means you don’t need much experience to enter a yoga teacher training.
