- Update your web browser. Beginning August 31st, 2017, some older versions of internet browsers will be unable to run DreamBox.
- Restart your web browser.
- Try a different web browser.
- Clear your browser cache.
Can you finish DreamBox?
For DreamBox to accurately track a student’s learning path, they should spend at least 60-90 minutes and complete at least 5-8 lessons per week. They do not need to complete this in a single session, but a minimum of 20 minutes per session helps ensure your child has sufficient time to finish a lesson.
What happens when you complete all the adventures in DreamBox?
If a student completes all four of the Adventure Park story themes, the themes will reset and the student will start over. Students will keep their Adventure Friends but will have to re-earn their certificates.
Will DreamBox work on Kindle Fire?
DreamBox is not currently supported on any tablet other than an iPad, so it is not available on Kindle Fire or Android tablets. You can access your Insight Dashboard by signing in the same way you do on a computer, but students cannot play on these tablets.
How do I update DreamBox?

- On your iPad, tap the App Store icon. to open the App Store.
- Type “dreambox math” into the Search field, then tap the Search icon or Done. The store will display the DreamBox Math app icon .
- If this is the first time you have downloaded the app, tap Free. If you are updating the app, tap Update.

DreamBox Learning recognizes the need for appropriate learning environments for students of all ages. Students in grades 6 and higher are automatically placed in the 6-8 Learning Environment.

What do the numbers mean in DreamBox?
Each lesson appears in a colored circle and may include a number in the bottom-right corner. This number is the lesson sequence number for that unit. It will increase (or decrease) as the student progresses through the unit. The sequence numbers will not always be sequential.
Can you play DreamBox on a tablet?
Students can play DreamBox on all computers, laptops, and Chromebooks through an internet browser and on all iPad tablets since iPad 2 (2011) through our DreamBox Math apps. At this time, DreamBox is not available on smartphones and not supported on Android tablets.
