What is an avid media pack?
Each set of 10 media drives is called a Media Pack; each Avid NEXIS storage engine type can house one or more Media Packs. The Avid NEXIS | E2 engine can house one Media Pack, the E4 can accommodate one or two, and the E5 can support up to eight Media Packs.
How do I access my avid cloud storage?
You can add storage by purchasing more cloud storage space through your Avid Account. Once you sign in, locate ‘My Products’ and select ‘Manage My Avid Cloud. ‘ There will then be an option to ‘Change My Cloud Plan. ‘ Click it to see available cloud storage options.
Do I need avid link to run Pro Tools?
