Why is the oil pressure light on while the engine is out?
So while the engine was out it was noticed that the oil pressure switch was not connected and the wire was damaged. Anyway, they connected it and now the oil pressure light is on permanently. There is no question of anything going on with the engine. No overheating. Not loss of power. No oil usage. It’s going well.
