What’s the flashing light on my TDI DSG?
2011 Golf TDI DSG. My guess is a burnt out brake light. A piece of electrical tape over flashing gp light may help till you get it looked at. Also the above post might be worth a read and it might not. And now it has been joined by the equally unhelpful “check engine” light.
What does it mean when your glow plug is flashing?
Flashing Glow Plug, but not limping (reduced power aka limp mode), or engine stalling out means you are probably ok. Looked thru my Golf manual and cannot find a reference to blown bulbs triggering a flashing GP, but JSW may be different. Next engine start see if it comes back.
