Why does my auto Start/Stop not work?
The outside temperature is too high or too low. If the battery needs too much power to supply the fan, the start-stop function is switched off. It may also be the case that the start-stop function is still supported, but the air conditioning system is automatically reduced.
What triggers auto stop?
When you’re driving and your vehicle comes to a complete stop, Stop/Start Technology may turn off your vehicle’s engine. Your tachometer needle will move to the “Auto Stop” position when this happens. Under normal driving conditions, when you take your foot off the brake, the engine will start automatically.
