Why does my Honda Accord p1009 have p0341?
Sometimes P0341 can happen at the same time as P1009. The strainer is somewhere close to the PS pump because Honda indicates removal of the pump and tensioner to access he strainer. Sorry but I’ve never had it off myself but the pic I have shows a small plate held on to the engine with 2 bolts. Hope that helps a bit.

Timing chain is not a possible cause. The vtc strainer needs to be checked as well as the the vtc actuator (not the same as the vtc solenoid/sensor). If all ok, the oil passages likely have some restriction/blockage in them and needs flushing
