Yes it is possible that one of the turbos may be putting exhaust gas down the oil drain tube and causing your blow by. I have seen it before. You could also have a worn air compressor causing the blow by as well.

(KW tech for 10 years) Send in an oil sample, if changing the filter is what brings the oil pressure back up then the filter is plugging and the filter bypass is opening lowering the oil pressure. Had a E model doing the same thing was getting a small amount of coolant in the oil and plugging the filter dropping oil pressure.
