P2003 Diesel particulate filter (bank 1) particulate mass too high. P242F Diesel particulate filter (bank 1) regeneration not active. P244A Particulate filter differential pressure too low. P224B Particulate filter differential pressure too high. P2452 Particulate filter differential pressure sensor malfunction.
How to diagnose DPF out of range, very high?
The ACM monitors the DOC inlet pressure sensor & DPF outlet pressure sensor. This will cause a 25% derate/power loss. Check for other fault codes, if codes 3609/3 or 3609/4 are present. Diagnose those codes first. Using DDDL go to service routines> SCR & DPF voltages Monitor DOC inlet pressure sensor voltage pin 87.
When to replace the DPF outlet pressure sensor?
