Have a Volvo dump truck with a 60 series detroit in it the truck was hauling a load and just shut off and will not crank back. I swaped the computer with another truck the computer is good. With all your fuses still having power going to them, that makes me think that the pdm ( fuse panel ) is shorted internally.
