Is there a problem with my 2006 Pete?
I bought a new 2006 Pete last year in March and I have been having a problem with this engine since I hit about 95,000 miles (2 months ago) This truck has been to 3 different shops, and all three shops know that the truck is missing but can’t seem to find the problem.
What’s the problem with my Peterbilt 379 truck?
Hey guys gotta question for ya. 03 peterbilt 379, I just had the whole AC system replaced. Compressor, accumulator, lines, expansion valves and everything for the bunk AC also. Now my problem is, at idle or 900-1000 rpms The AC blows 45 degs but when I take off rolling down the highway the AC blows about 58degs.
Is there a charge for the Pete 387?
There is no charge for this service, but standard message and data rates may apply. In my 08 389 the dash is controlled by a computer. Had some problems and Ptb. did an ESA update,no more problems. Let me know if neither one has power in start position. The one that has power when in start position should go to same side of solenoid,small post, as the big wire cable that has power all the time,and other small wire goes to other small post. And if you have power to either one of small wires.

We found a dent in a male fuel supply line fitting. The fuel was not leaking out of this fitting but it allowed the engine to suck a small amount of air and was causing the engine to run rough and miss fire.
