What do the 0-rings on a DT466 mean?
Looks like you need a set of injector 0-rings. those codes refer to loss of injection pressure. The long rail on the side of the head is the High pressure rail for the injectors. If you have a gauge that goes up to 1000psi or better you can tap into the pressure sensor port and check cranking pressure.
Where is the IPR plug on a DT466?
Check your plug for the IPR, thats the plug on the back of the high pressure pump just above the air compresor, if the terminals are loose just pry them down with a pick to tighten them up Have you swapped out the cam sensor yet?

Why does my DT466 stall out on the road?
That’s usually the culprit on DT466’s stalling out. Cam sensors cause no start and dying on the road HOT, it is possible but very rare to have a CPS problem cold. Also, unable to build ICP is a code, it does not tell you when it happened or what the *cause* was.

Why is my DT466 so hard to start?
The exception to that is a wiring problem with the IPR valve, since system voltage drops significantly during cranking, the IPR valve is suseptable to malfunction because of low voltage during cranking even tho there is no defect with the valve itself.
