I have been experiencing some issues with my jeep and was going to see what everyone else though what could be the issue. I had this done to our early 2015 and it did result in smoother shifting but it was primarily for accidental drop into autostick mode. BTW you could see if this still happens when using autostick and shifting like it was a manual transmission. I’m gonna ask a Hyundai Dealer what their maintenance schedule is for that 6 speed auto.
