If it doesn’t even try to shift to third it likely isn’t the 3-4 clutch pack (plus the good fluid quality reinforces that it isn’t the 3-4 clutch pack). As Ranger50 mentions, a broken sun shell will also mean no 3-4 gears but I I would expect it to try to shift and engine rpm to increase in that case as well.
