Where is the fuel tank access panel on a Toyota RAV4?
If you look under the driver side back seat you should see a cutout pattern in the carpet. Pull that patter out of the way and the fuel tank access panel should be under it. Then remove the bolts to get the panel off. More often than not a special tool is needed to get the tank lock ring off.
